Very clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Nice big rooms, well equipped. Big balcony with sea view. Big roof terrace on top. Beach is 220m away. Free beds at Ocsen beach bar. Nice and clean pool.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Long Beach, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Guests can enjoy the beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms, with helpful and friendly staff. the breakfast spread is satisfying and the air conditioning provides relief from the heat. Guests can also make use of the fast WiFi and enjoy a relaxing swim in the central pool.

The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and a mini mart. The staff were fantastic and always happy to help. The gardens were lush and well maintained, making the hotel feel like a tropical paradise. The pool was a highlight with plenty of sun lounges available.
There were mosquitoes in the rooms, so make sure to use the provided mosquito nets. The breakfast selection could be improved with more international options.

Great beach location. Many restaurants and bars around. the rooms were fine, and the outdoor bathrooms were interesting. the staff was helpful and had good English.
Theft incidents and poor management response. Housekeeping staff entered room despite "do not disturb" sign.

The hotel had big, clean rooms with a spacious balcony and a rooftop terrace. It was conveniently located close to the beach and many fantastic restaurants. The staff was helpful.
